Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

At NuORDER, our Client Services team plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new customers and partners. As a Product Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of this process - designing and building customized portals that showcase the best of what NuORDER has to offer.

In this role, you’ll help customers unlock the full potential of our platform by understanding their goals, recommending the right configuration, and delivering a portal that’s ready to launch. With your product expertise and eye for detail, you’ll set the standard for excellent onboarding and provide a world-class experience.

If you enjoy problem-solving, working collaboratively, and thriving in a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit for you!

What you’ll do

  • Gain a strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising - and explain how NuORDER helps customers apply best practices.
  • Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to learn about customer goals and guide the portal build using their data.
  • Analyze and refine data in Excel, while helping customers identify and resolve any data issues.
  • Become a NuORDER expert and configure the optimal portal setup for each customer.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects at once, ensuring a smooth and timely launch.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 2+ years in an analytical, customer service, or technology-related role.
  • Strong communication skills in English - you’ll be interacting with clients by phone, email, and virtual meetings (French is a big plus!).
  • A genuine love for problem-solving and logical thinking.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - you’ll use it daily (bonus if you know formulas!).
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new software programs.
