Team Description

You'll be part of a team of senior HR business partners, and other interns working within the people function for Enterprise Operations & Services, and Patient Safety & Quality. Your colleagues will be engaged in different projects and functions, providing a rich and collaborative environment.

Your role:

  • Lead and Support HR Projects: Take charge of various HR projects such as data analytics, reporting, job profile updates, talent reviews, diversity, leadership, engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Implement and Realize Projects: Ensure projects are executed according to the plan, meeting specifications, quality standards, timelines, and communication requirements.
  • Plan and Coordinate: Manage and track small (sub)projects, primarily focused on HR.
  • Deliver People Excellence: Achieve key performance indicator metrics and monitor headcount against targets.

You're the right fit if:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Sciences degree at a University in Human Resources, Work and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or any other People/Business related field.

  • You are fluent in oral and written English.
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are effective in stakeholder management and have great communication skills.
  • You have experience with Excel and data analytics.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

In return, we offer you

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300 net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) needs to be more than 1.5 hours.
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192 net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
