What are you going to do?

You’ll be part of the Finance team supporting multiple legal entities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll run day-to-day accounting tasks, support month-end close, and help turn numbers into insight for managers and investors – with clear growth routes into Medior and Senior Controller roles.

What you’ll do - day to day

• Execute monthly close activities and prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Produce and contribute to management reports (P&L, balance sheet and cashflow) and variance analyses.
• Support annual tax filings and collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits.
• Work with ERP/accounting systems (Exact Online) and improve finance processes and controls.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to explain variances and help drive actionable improvements.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, structured, proactive team player. Ideally, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or related field.
• 0–2 years’ finance or accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Ideally experience with an accounting system (Exact Online).
• Basic knowledge of common accounting standards (IFRS).
• Accuracy, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills (proficient in English, Dutch is nice to have).
