Great products improve through measurement, learning, and iteration. As a Product Manager for Telemetry, Insights, and Performance, you will define how we capture and use product signals to drive adoption, reliability, and efficiency. You’ll ensure the product is instrumented, insights are turned into action, and performance consistently meets or exceeds expectations. By connecting telemetry to customer value and business outcomes, you’ll align teams around measurable improvements and establish our competitive edge.

What you'll do

  • Define the telemetry strategy, ensuring consistent adoption across the base.
  • Establish privacy-compliant methods for collecting usage, health, consumption, and performance data.
  • Build and maintain product-wide dashboards for usage, adoption, health, and performance, ensuring insights shape roadmap priorities and customer engagements.
  • Own performance metrics along with clear thresholds, SLAs, and SLOs.
  • Own benchmarking frameworks to measure performance against targets and relevant industry standards.
  • Partner closely with engineers to drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Expand frameworks beyond telemetry to include experimentation and A/B testing capabilities.
  • Broaden feedback mechanisms to capture both real-time and deferred signals.
  • Integrate AI/ML modeling into telemetry and insights to enable predictive analysis and smarter decision-making.

What you'll need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in data, telemetry, or performance domains.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar technical field.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to confidently contribute to engineering decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and their application in product insights, experimentation, or predictive modeling.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, legal/privacy, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong storytelling ability to connect product signals to customer value and commercial outcomes.
