The Opportunity: Global Sales Compensation Lead
We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Incentive Lead to own and manage the end-to-end sales compensation process for our rapidly growing global sales organization. In this role, you will be a strategic partner, ensuring our sales incentive programs are not only accurate and efficient but also designed to motivate our teams and align with business goals.
This is an opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in sales compensation to build and scale a world-class program. You'll lead the operational execution of global sales plans, drive process automation, and provide crucial insights that help shape our compensation strategy.
