Your job

As a Business Analyst / Business Developer you understand financial products and how they are reflected in the systems of the bank. We are looking for a Business Developer with knowledge of financial products and the accounting and reporting related to these products. You are proactive in investigating requirements, creating reporting designs and in creating functional mappings. You will analyse the data in the systems and propose how data can be functionally mapped, accounted and reported in the process. You will validate the data and you are part of the testing throughout the whole chain. You focus on representing the interests of the bank and key stakeholders within the applicable processes and procedures, external legislation and regulations and internal policies in the field of Reporting.

Working environment

You will be part of a multidisciplinary Agile team (5-9 members) within the Reporting Grid, which supports the Finance & Risk departments. The team collaborates closely, including with offshore partners, and operates in a dynamic, international environment.

Your profile

As a Business Analyst / Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in understanding financial products and their representation within the bank's systems. We are seeking a proactive individual with solid knowledge of financial products, accounting, and reporting.

  • Higher professional education (BSc.) or degree (WO/MSc.).
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in Accounting and/or Reporting. Experience in Regulatory Reporting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting and Banking products.
  • Experience with ETL or Reporting solutions.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Analytical, strong communicator, curious, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives on change.
  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
