Senior Pricing Analyst - Non-Motor P&C

Are you ready to take the next step in your pricing career and make a direct impact on the Non-Motor P&C market in the Benelux? At Allianz Benelux, we are looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to strengthen our pricing team in Rotterdam.

Your Role

You will contribute to the development and optimisation of Non-Motor P&C portfolios across the Benelux region. With at least 5 years of experience, you will apply advanced statistical and predictive modelling techniques to design tariffs, perform profitability analyses, and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with underwriters, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure sustainable and competitive pricing.

What We Count on You For

• Tariff Development: Build and refine pricing models for Non-Motor P&C lines (e.g., Liability, Property).
• Portfolio Management: Monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Market Insights: Translate data into clear business strategies, with a focus on SME segments in Benelux.
• Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, product, and finance colleagues to align on portfolio strategy.
• Knowledge Sharing: Exchange best practices within the wider Allianz pricing community.

What We Look For

• At least 5 years of pricing or actuarial experience in Non-Motor P&C, ideally within Benelux.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience in tools such as R, SQL or Python. Experience with WTW suites (Emblem, Radar,...) is highly appreciated.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
• Background in consultancy or insurer environment is welcome.
