As an intern in the Costing & Analysis group, you will play a vital role in enhancing the performance of our dealer network across Europe & UK. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our Repair and Maintenance (R&M) contracts by providing tools that allow for better monitoring and assessment of dealer performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing performance data from various dealers providing R&M contracts.
• Developing metrics to assess dealer performance over time.
• Identifying discrepancies in performance data and developing alerts for these inconsistencies.
• Collaborating with team members to create comprehensive reporting tools that enhance visibility into dealer performance.
• Supporting the team in utilizing data insights to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
