This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the supply chain footprint strategy—including manufacturing, distribution, and sourcing network design—to support growth, sustainability, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

Your role:

  • Lead global supply chain footprint strategy initiatives, including manufacturing and distribution network design, supplier localization, and regionalization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, and Sustainability teams to align on long-term supply chain design choices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive models to assess trade-offs in cost, service, resilience, and environmental impact.
  • Utilize advanced analytics, scenario planning, and external benchmarking to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Translate corporate growth and transformation objectives into actionable supply chain strategies with measurable impact.
  • Provide executive-level presentations and insights to senior leadership to inform investment decisions.
  • Manage external consultants and internal cross-functional project teams during strategic assessment projects.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the current supply chain network and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Stay current on industry trends, geopolitical shifts, and emerging technologies impacting global supply chain design.

You're the right fit if:

  • 12–15 years of progressive experience, including:
    • 2-4 years in management / strategy consulting
    • Hands-on experience executing manufacturing transfers, site transitions, outsourcing, M&A or major operational moves.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, and risk management related to site moves.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge strategy and execution in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive decisions at the executive level.
