Join Our Team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Purpose

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for animating the strategic sourcing community by undertaking the required analyses across categories with the goal of ensuring consistency across all categories.

Responsibilities

You contribute actively to the group Supply Chain strategy and to its successful implementation, driving continuous improvement and providing support to the Regional Centers and business owners while interfacing with process owners.
You undertake the required internal and external analysis across categories.
You translate the results of such analyses into visual reports for circulation to relevant internal and external entities.
You obtain adequacy of the analysis and approval of the business stakeholders.
You deliver various Strategic Sourcing reports and document deliverables as required by the business.
You undertake risk and opportunity consolidation within the strategic sourcing community.
You generate presentations, reports, and analyses as directed.
You actively contribute to price breakdown and benchmarking activities, consolidating the result into a global report.
You ensure consistency across categories regarding the supplier qualification process.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and market intelligence tools.
