Als Applicatiebeheerder AFAS bij Yielder Group binnen de afdeling IT & Tech Solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van de AFAS-software. Je zorgt ervoor dat de applicaties soepel draaien en aansluiten bij de behoeften van de organisatie.
Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de AFAS-systemen optimaal functioneren en aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en bied je ondersteuning bij vragen en problemen.
Met jouw kennis van AFAS en IT ben je in staat om verbeteringen door te voeren en processen efficiënter te maken. Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en hebt oog voor detail.
Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Beheren, configureren en optimaliseren van de AFAS Profit-omgeving.
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikersvragen en incidenten.
- Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van workflows, rapportages (InSite/OutSite), en signaleringen.
- Beheren van autorisaties en rollen binnen AFAS.
- Vertalen van procesverbeteringen naar systeemaanpassingen.
- Coördineren van updates, testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en begeleiden van releases.
- Documenteren van processen en gemaakte aanpassingen.
- Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en de externe AFAS-consultant(s).
- Geven van (gebruikers)trainingen en instructies.
- Bijdragen aan projecten waarin AFAS een rol speelt, zoals implementaties of uitbreidingen.
Wat breng jij mee:
Opleiding en ervaring:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van ICT, Bedrijfskunde of Informatiemanagement.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als applicatiebeheerder van AFAS (Profit en InSite/Outsite).
- Aantoonbare ervaring met inrichting van processen binnen AFAS, zoals HRM, Payroll, Financieel, of Projecten.
Kennis en vaardigheden:
- Grondige kennis van AFAS Profit en InSite/Outsite.
- Ervaring met AFAS Reporting, GetConnector, OutSite en/of Profit Webservices is een pre.
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Proactieve, zelfstandige en servicegerichte houding.
- Ervaring met projectmatig werken.
