Project Overview:

This internship project focuses on the adaptation of the cost price model for Alloga, our logistics company. The primary objective is to ensure that our pricing strategy accurately reflects the costs associated with various activities in our warehouse and transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activity Measurement: You will measure and analyze all activities performed in the warehouse to understand the operational workflow and associated costs.

• Hourly Rate Validation: You will validate the hourly rates for each employee involved in warehouse operations, ensuring that they align with industry standards and company policies.

• Cost Determination: You will determine both management costs and other indirect costs that contribute to the overall operational expenses of the company.

• Transportation Cost Analysis: You will assess and calculate transportation costs to provide a comprehensive view of the logistics expenses incurred by Alloga.

• Customer Profitability Analysis: Utilizing the data gathered from the cost price analysis, you will perform a customer profitability analysis for our largest accounts, identifying profitable segments and areas for improvement.
