Your role:

  • Drive Kaizen events and Six Sigma mini-projects that deliver visible wins
  • Dive into data: analyse trends, spot bottlenecks, and share insights with cross-functional teams
  • Co-create and maintain lean tools, standard operating procedures, and best practices
  • Partner with quality and supply chain teams to keep products compliant and customers happy
  • Measure our Operational Excellence maturity and plot the next-level roadmap
  • Share and deploy an operational excellence mindset in the organization

You're the right fit if:

  • You recently graduated for your Bachelor or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • You have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills and can work in an environment where not everything is set in stone
  • You have a passion for supply chain and continuous-improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
  • You are an excellent communicator, team player and good in managing different stakeholders
  • Next to the above you are also proactive, curious, and eager to drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent in English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. In the beginning we believe it is in your best interest to be in the office for 4 days, in order to get to know the team and learning on the job.
