About this role:

We are seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on scheduling for our Courier Operations teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of schedules across multiple markets within the Scoober region. As a WFM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining schedules to meet operational needs, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve and optimise processes.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Schedule Delivery and Maintenance: Create, publish, and maintain monthly schedules to support our Courier Operations teams across different markets. Ensure the schedules are accurate, timely, and reflective of operational requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with supervisors and team leaders to ensure that schedules align with business goals and meet the diverse needs of our operational teams within the Scoober region.
  • Optimisation: Monitor and adjust schedules to optimise resources, increase operational efficiency, and accommodate fluctuations in demand. Proactively identify areas for improvement in workforce allocation and utilisation.
  • Vacation Management: Manage and process vacation requests, ensuring they are integrated into the schedules without impacting operational performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse workforce data to provide insights into trends, forecast staffing needs, and recommend strategies for enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a contact centre or a real-time operation environment.
  • Previous experience in a scheduling or workforce management role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Calabrio, Teleopti, or other workforce management/scheduling software is highly desirable.
  • Passion for data and knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A love for collaboration and being a team player.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is advantageous.
