Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing the digital promotional strategy for our vaccines team. Collaborating closely with both the vaccines team and the DD&D group (digital, data, and design), you’ll pioneer innovative ways to connect, measure, and engage with our customers across digital channels. This dynamic and collaborative role offers you the opportunity to lead impactful, data-driven campaigns that drive meaningful business results.

This is a part-time position, requiring 32 hours per week.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Lead the end-to-end setup, execution and optimization of data-driven digital campaigns that elevate customer engagement and drive commercial success.
  • Develop and manage measurement plans and digital calendars to ensure campaigns are on track and deliver measurable results.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and other experimentation methods to learn from campaigns and improve future outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform brand and marketing strategies.
  • Explore and integrate new digital channels to expand reach and engagement.
  • Manage digital projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • You bring deep expertise in digital customer engagement, customer experience, and performance marketing, with a strong command of digital channels and content strategies.
  • Expertise in email marketing (SFMC), marketing automation and performance marketing on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEA, and GA4. You excel at experimenting to boost customer experience and engagement.
  • You bring a creative, solution-focused mindset, thinking outside the box even in highly regulated industries. Your strong communication skills turn complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive action.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing omnichannel digital marketing campaigns that deliver results.
  • Preferably experience in the healthcare sector, with a solid grasp of its unique marketing challenges.
  • Comfortable working within Agile frameworks, with a flexible and adaptive mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
