Responsibilities

  • Follow up with stakeholders to gather input and ensure deliverables
  • Collect and compile KPIs and project data for reporting
  • Analyze and present project metrics (cost, time, quality)
  • Develop engaging project presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and clean up the digital project document library
  • Assist in improving internal PMO tools and processes
  • Manage and respond to project-related queries and emails

What do you need to be successful in this role

  • You are currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s program or a Master’s degree (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, International Relations)
  • You are available 4–5 days per week (32–40h/week)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with attention to detail
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Digital literacy and adaptability to new tools
  • Motivation to work in an international and fast-paced environment

What do we offer in return

  • Monthly full-time allowance, plus travel work-from-home expenses if applicable
  • Work experience in an international company
  • Various training opportunities to improve your hard and soft skills in the workspace
  • Successful interns will be considered for positions within AkzoNobel
