Are you a passionate and driven Marketing Communications professional ready to make a global impact? We’re looking for a Global AVR Marketing Communications Manager to take our brand communications to the next level – building powerful campaigns, driving engagement, and strengthening our position in the market.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our global marketing communications strategy. You’ll shape how our 4 global brands connect with customers, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and regions.

Your key accountabilities:

  • Lead & Align – Develop and execute the annual Global VR Marketing Communication Plan, aligning regions and ensuring strategic consistency.
  • Brand Campaigns – Create customer-facing communications that boost brand preference and drive lead generation across online and offline platforms.
  • Media & PR – Manage global media strategies, digital activations, partnerships, influencer engagement, PR, and sponsorships.
  • Product Launches – Prepare impactful campaigns for new global product and service launches.
  • Performance Tracking – Define, implement, and track communication KPIs, ensuring maximum ROI and sharing best practices.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with agencies, partners, and regional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative campaigns.
  • Brand Management – Maintain the strength of our global VR brands

What we’re looking for

You are a strategic communicator with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a multinational environment. You bring creativity, structure, and a passion for driving results.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand media, PR, advertising, and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record in B2B (or B2C) marketing within a technical or service-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, social media, and PR strategies.
  • Skilled in managing advertising/media agencies and working in multinational projects.
  • Fluent in English with cultural sensitivity and global mindset.
