Challenges you will tackle:
- Shape and execute the HR data strategy, aligning with business goals, global data frameworks, and evolving technology.
- Lead HR reporting and analytics, overseeing the annual reporting calendar (T1–T2), ensuring quality, and supporting strategic data requests.
- Act as the HR data liaison, connecting People & Culture with reporting, IT, and data governance teams to align definitions and processes.
- Drive knowledge management and innovation, maintaining a central HR data portal and promoting data literacy through mentoring and workshops.
- Deliver predictive insights, using advanced analytics to support workforce planning, retention, inclusion, and engagement strategies.
This is what you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, HR Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, reporting or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL, and statistical tools like Python.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors (pré)).
- Solid understanding of GDPR and proven expertise in CSRD and its strategic impact on HR.
- Strong grasp of HR data, metrics, KPIs, and core HR processes.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data insights to organizational priorities.
- Effective communicator with organizational sensitivity; able to translate insights for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects with diverse stakeholders.
What will you do?
As a Senior People Analytics & Insights Advisor, you will play a key role in translating KPMG Netherlands’ people strategy into actionable insights. You’ll lead the development and execution of the HR data strategy, ensure high-quality reporting, and drive innovation in HR analytics. Positioned within the HR Insights & Portfolio Management Team, you’ll collaborate across People & Culture to embed data-driven decision-making and foster a future-ready, data-literate HR organization.
This is what we offer:
- Gross salary between €3,770 and €6,065 per month depending on your work experience.
- Annual performance bonus, mobility allowance, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
