Senior Consumer & Proposition Insights Manager

Shape the future of Grooming & Beauty at Philips by driving consumer-centric innovation and insights-driven decision-making as Senior Insights Manager.

Your role

  • You will lead consumer research initiatives to inform innovation and portfolio strategies for the Shaving category within the Grooming & Beauty Business Unit, collaborating within a global team.
  • You will synthesize insights from diverse data sources, including qualitative, quantitative, and GenAI methodologies, to unlock growth opportunities and create winning propositions.

You're the Right Fit If You Have:

  • Experience: 10+ years in international marketing research, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Experience in the Chinese and/or Asian market is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights; resilience, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Social Sciences.
  • Other: Curiosity to learn and apply new technologies like GenAI in market research, and an interest to work with and influence a diverse set of stakeholders in the business.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. This role is an office role, location Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
