Join Grip as a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer who’s ready to make a real impact by tackling some of our most complex client-facing challenges.

When a client wants to implement Grip, you’ll be the one they call. You’ll show them what’s possible with a fully integrated ecosystem and help transform manual workflows into fully automated systems - at infinite scale. And we mean infinite: you’ll be working with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world.

You’re a builder—of solutions, processes, and excellence. When something’s not working, you take ownership and design a better way. As our first Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you’ll have full trust and autonomy to build best practices from the ground up. Yes, we’ll look to you for direction - and we’ll listen.

You love talking tech with clients. Understanding their goals, challenges, and processes, and figuring out how to solve them. Developing proof of concepts and advising on system architecture or integration strategy feels natural to you. All the while, you build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Design smooth integration flows—both hyper-detailed and executive-ready (yes, even one-slide summaries).
  • Architect how data moves in and out of our custom-developed integration layer.
  • Translate customer challenges around content production automation into scalable technical solutions using our SaaS platform.
  • Advise clients on system architecture, integration possibilities, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver compelling demos, presentations, and handle objections with confidence throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and aligned with our platform’s capabilities.
  • Train sales team members on the technical aspects of our product to improve their self-sufficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with key technical stakeholders at prospective and existing clients.

Who you are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have a background in technology or product development, ideally in SaaS.
  • You’ve worked with large enterprise clients on automations and integrations.
  • You’re confident translating business requirements into scalable, real-world solutions.
  • You know how to make data speak—and make mismatched systems talk to each other.
  • You energize teams (technical and non-technical alike) with your passion for integrations.
  • You celebrate every time you automate a manual task—and inspire others to do the same.
  • You love seeing your ideas, flows, and tech come to life. You collaborate closely with developers - and sometimes, you spark new ideas for them too.
