Channel Partner Marketing Manager at Philips
This role creates value by driving partner marketing and enablement for the Informatics Marketing organization. The Channel Partner Marketing Manager focuses on sales enablement, training, and demand generation to support sales funnel expansion globally.
Your role:
- Develops and implements a Channel Partner sales enablement and marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Evaluates and improves Channel Partner enablement programs while ensuring that marketing materials effectively support both product education and partner sales efforts.
- Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of Channel Partner sales enablement and marketing programs to drive continuous improvement and ensure that strategies and resources are optimized for enhancing sales performance.
- Design and deliver engaging programs for partner sales teams globally.
- Performs the selection, implementation, and management of sales tools and technologies, ensuring sales teams are proficient in customer relationship management systems and automation tools, and provide ongoing support and training to maximize their effectiveness.
- Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of channel partner sales enablement and marketing initiatives, and use data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and continuously refine and enhance strategies.
You’re right fit if:
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, HealthIT or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales Training, or equivalent.
- Business acumen, technology acumen, sales acumen, data analysis and interpretation, continuous improvement, project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and organizational performance frameworks.
