L'Oréal

Hello, we’re L’Oréal. We're not just building brands; we're shaping how the world experiences beauty (and it takes a lot of cool jobs to do it). Intrigued? Keep reading—this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.

A Day in the Life
As the Education Content Specialist – O+O for L’Oréal Professionnel, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and adapting educational content for both online and offline channels. You’ll design impactful training materials, manage digital platforms, and ensure alignment with brand strategies. This role offers the chance to innovate, collaborate, and leave your mark on the professional beauty industry.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and adapt educational materials (e.g., presentations, videos, learning plans) for all distribution channels.
  • Digital Platform Oversight: Manage and update brand content on L’Oréal Access, ensuring traffic and engagement.
  • Communication Strategies: Create social media content, promote training programs, and engage with stylist communities.
  • Market Adaptation: Localize global content, ensuring alignment with local market needs and brand launches.
  • Performance Tracking: Use data-driven insights to refine content and improve engagement.

We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excel in content creation and digital communication.
  • Are skilled in project management and social media management.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to guide your work.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can take ownership of your projects.

What’s In It For You

  • A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you’ll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!).
  • Real responsibility from day 1—there’s no sitting on the sidelines at L’Oréal.
  • An environment where people of every background are accepted, can speak up, will thrive, and are celebrated!
  • A chance to contribute to something bigger—many of our brands have societal and environmental causes to make a concrete difference.
