About the role:

Support the Supply Chain Excellence team of Versuni with driving improvements across the global supply chain. You will work together with various Supply Chain leads and their team members to support them in the digital transformation. You will learn all about the different supply chain capabilities and initiatives on Versuni’s improvement roadmap.

Length: 6 months
Time: 40 hours/week (min 32 hours)
Expected Start Date: ASAP

The impact you’ll make:

• Help leveraging A.I. to make a business impact on supply chain domains such as Master Data, Warehousing & Transportation or Order Management
• Working closely with functional Experts and support them in setting up and scaling out virtual assistants, A.I. powered agents, to sustain and deploy best practices within their function (e.g. Warehousing & Transportation, Customer Service)
• Bringing new energy to the team, supporting collaboration, finding new ways of collaborating within and between teams
• Help the Supply Chain teams to improve overall productivity & efficiency by leveraging available digital applications from our Microsoft Suite
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing analysis tools to measure performance improvement, as well as change management, adoption and collaboration
• Come with great ideas and above all have fun while doing it!

Supply Chain Excellence team and you will work in a dynamic environment in which you bring suggestions and ideas to the table. You are data savvy and digital minded but can work hands on to make things happen in close collaboration with various functions and professionals.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Studying in the field of Supply Chain/logistics, Business Administration, Data science, industrial Engineering • Great communication skills • Continuous improvement thinking and daring to try and propose change • Hungry for digital exploration • Digital mindset and Skilled in MS Suite office applications such as: SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Excel. Data visualization tooling. • Understanding of A.I. applications ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, etc. • Highly proficient in English with solid writing skills • High level of organization, independence, and detail-orientation
