Quality Transformation Leader IGTS

Quality Transformation Lead IGTS

You will drive transformation and strategy in IGT-S Quality. Grow performance, deliver on the roadmap and instil a patient safety & quality first culture. This to establish and maintain a recognized leading position for IGTS with internal and external stakeholders. Establishing a position of “always audit ready”.

Your role:

  • Lead the E2E Quality strategy (AQuA – Action Quality Always – which is the codename of our current PS&Q strategy) journey and drive long term systemic improvement.
  • Create roadmap blue-print for strategy execution
  • Orchestrate and run workstreams within the functions that are focused on Action, think about CAPA, C&R, Issue2Resolution.
  • Orchestrate and run workstreams that are focused on Quality Always, like, shift left, building capabilities, data analytics.
  • Drive change Management towards Quality always culture: lead IGTS transformation towards a Quality First
  • Main topics are audit readiness, cost of non-Quality and define AI strategy for Q
  • Partner with all functional areas in our organization (R&D, Service, Markets, CMO, RA, Marketing, ISC etc) to orchestrate improvement in critical KPI’s (through the control tower, from issue identification to issue resolution) such as Complaints, CAPA and C&R.
  • Build transparency and data based decision making for priority setting and resource allocation.
  • Critical stakeholder connect and influence the larger IGTS Organization and its partners (e.g. global functions).

You're the right fit if:

  • You have understanding of the healthcare domain and have operated in a regulatory environment
  • 8+ years of experience in managing transformation programs - proven and successful track record in planning and execution of complex programs (project management or/and PMO role) on a global scale combined with hands on change management experience in a business/product development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience of cross cultural environment.
  • Critical stakeholder management and facilitation of large group and peer level decisions - Influencing skills to challenge, educate, guide, convince and gain commitment.
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills, executive presence and credibility with the demonstrated ability to develop effective and trusted strategic relationships with key senior partners.
  • Data based decision making - Experience with building transparency on the progress via dashboards and reporting.
  • Change Management / Business Transformation programs (Lean / Six Sigma certification is preferred).
  • Solutions mindset – the ability to identify and tackle complex problems with thorough consideration of alternatives, consequences.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
