This involves managing, evaluating, and improving business processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological capabilities. The Product Tech team consists of IT Business partners, Product Owners and IT developers. We work closely with external partners.
As a key figure in the organization, you will bridge the gap between business needs and the solutions provided by IT or other departments, ensuring a seamless alignment between organizational objectives and technological capabilities. Your role will be pivotal in managing, evaluating, and refining business processes to maintain operational efficiency and strategic coherence. The combined data, products and architecture give the power to innovate in the near future, in area’s like Finance, HR, Property management and Marketing. We have different positions and based on your experience and desired growth path we can decide on your focus area’s once you are on board.
You will take responsibility for overseeing processes across the company, ensuring that both IT and business workflows operate without disruption. By identifying and addressing challenges within these processes, you will drive meaningful improvements, recommending enhancements and ensuring that changes are effectively implemented to support the organization's goals. You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
Your work location is our new office on Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desirable that you work from the office at least 3 days a week.
As we set up a new team within Landal, we are looking for someone who combines proven craftsmanship as an (IT) Business Analyst with the enthusiasm to work closely with fellow BAs to build a high-performing team and lay the foundations for the future. Furthermore you bring:

A year's contract with a one-month probationary period in accordance with the Recreation Collective Labour Agreement, where we would of course like to eventually employ you on a permanent basis.
A salary between €4,113 and €5,876 (Check @jelle) gross per month on a full-time basis* excluding holiday allowance.

27 days' holiday for a full-time working week with the possibility of buying 10 extra days off.
Flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home. Home working allowance of €2.40 per home working day.
A travel allowance in accordance with the Landal travel scheme on the basis of €0.23 cents per km. If you decide to travel by public transport, your travel expenses will be reimbursed 100%.
