How do you make our customers happy?

By crafting financial processes so smooth that our 13.7 million customers never notice them – the highest compliment in FinTech. As a Process Analyst, you’ll work on products across Payments, Buy Now Pay Later, Fraud Prevention, Invoicing, and Collections. Your analytical prowess ensures billions of euros worth of transactions are all intuitive, seamless experiences. Whether you’re addressing a concerning pattern or seizing an invoicing flow opportunity, you’re constantly removing friction from daily interactions. Through your user-centric lens, complex financial chains become frictionless journeys that customers navigate without a second thought.

The biggest challenge

Maintaining exemplary reliability throughout the chain while driving product-led innovation in a high-stakes environment. At our scale, even small hiccups can cascade into significant consequences. How do you zoom into granular process details while keeping sight of the bigger picture? How do you balance the competing demands of stakeholders, ranging from Finance to Compliance and Product teams? And how do you keep the user experience center stage? In this role, you’ll facilitate 100+ million transactions this year alone while reimagining how those transactions should work in 2026. Every innovation must be smart, reliable, and infinitely scalable to maintain the trust of all platform users.

What you'll do as a FinTech Process Analyst

You’ll operate across the entire FinTech domain, diving deep into projects across our financial ecosystem. Working closely with Product Analysts, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Product Designers, and Data Specialists, you’ll be our resident process expert who ensures continuous improvement never stops. Your contribution is crucial to safeguarding the reliability that our platform users expect and pushing the envelope of what’s possible.

You’ll identify risks and opportunities from a user-centric perspective, always asking ‘how does this impact our customers and partners?’ When issues arise, you’ll zoom into the details with surgical precision. Your data analysis expertise and creative technical thinking skills enable you to automate processes efficiently. You’ll map complex flows, validate stakeholder requirements, and coordinate with teams across domains to ensure every solution works holistically.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize processes that govern 100+ million annual transactions
  • Identify risks and opportunities from a user-centric perspective
  • Zoom into process details to identify and solve complex issues
  • Chart strategic paths for process automation and innovation
  • Map processes and develop optimal solutions using data analytics
  • Maintain an overview of FinTech processes, including financial license implications
  • Validate Finance, Compliance, and Legal stakeholder requirements
  • Bridge technical solutions with business needs across teams

Why you can make a difference

Because you’re a FinTech Process Analyst who navigates by data, not gut feelings. With 5+ years of analytical experience in innovative settings – e.g., as a Product Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Manager/Owner, or Auditor – you understand how data flows through IT services and how these services interact. You feel at home in technical environments, but never lose sight of the human element. Your stakeholder management skills help you transform potential conflicts into collaborative wins. You combine a feel for current tech with infectious enthusiasm, turning ideas into technical solutions that get built. Structured thinking and disciplined execution are your strengths, but you wield them without ego. You ensure alignment happens naturally, making an impact through your contributions while maintaining the broader FinTech perspective. Experience in regulated (licensed) environments? That could be your secret weapon to navigate our complex organization with confidence!

3 reasons why this is (not) for you

  • - Island dweller You work in isolation - sharing insights might lead to expectations or unsolicited feedback
  • - Binary barrier builder You think Software Engineers are aliens who only speak in 1s and 0s
  • - Wallflower Proactive isn't in your vocabulary – you only work on problems that are submitted in triplicate
  • + Information omnivore You feast on challenges across Payments, BNPL, Fraud, and Invoicing – variety fuels your appetite, not your fear
  • + Data -storyteller You see stories and clues in spreadsheets – analytical thinking is your native language
  • + Product-led pioneer You're excited about the shift to product-led thinking and ready to be an integral part of this transformation
