You will be part of the Commercial Excellence team, where you will actively engage in driving Commercial Excellence projects and driving Internal Communication.

As Commercial Excellence Intern your focus will be on:

Market Share Analysis – NUMETRIX – Internal Tool to monitor market share

• Support the development of advanced dashboards to track market share across regions.
• Work with integrated data sets (e.g. Numeric and Weighted Distribution) to enhance visibility into channel and manufacturer performance.
• Contribute to analytical tools that drive strategic decision-making.

Excellence in Execution

• Assist in launch of cross-market execution programme- PUMA focused on in-store excellence.
• Help track KPIs, support POS clustering, and contribute to team capability building.
• Collaborate with local teams to bring the Nutricia Flagship Store vision to life.

Business Performance Monitoring

• Building a harmonized sell-out reporting framework & generation actionable insights
• Building tools & dashboard in Power BI that support strategic planning and performance tracking.

Supporting Regional Projects

• Support in collecting Sales /Market Info./Pricing and delivering Analytical Dashboard
• Coordinator with regional teams /DBTR/ Vendors and monitor Projects
• New Country Launch Preparation - NUTRIEXPERT / NUMETRIX

Strengthening communication

• Engage our sales team and distributor partners through effective and timely communication on Nutricia Worldwide Award (NWA)
• Prepare and design the monthly communication to engage our distributor partners in “Partner of the Year” (POY)
• Prepare, coordinate and review communication materials
• Work with agencies to articulate communication needs

Sobre ti

You are enrolled as a student in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field. You are proactive in reaching out to your colleagues for their input and/or help when necessary. For you, accuracy and analytical skills are part of your interest and capability. Furthermore, you genuinely enjoy working with people, have good interpersonal and communication skills, convey messages clearly, convincingly and effectively. Lastly, you have a strong interest and curiosity in Commercial Excellence, are a fluent communicator and open to expressing ideas and your opinion.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in September/October 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a BIG plus.
• Able to work from our Rijswijk office at least 2-3 days per week.
