Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain system architectures in line with business and technical requirements
• Structure and oversee Agile delivery processes, including the definition of EPICs and Sprints
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system-level decisions with strategic goals
• Integrate and govern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Perform system modeling using UML and SysML methodologies
• Understand and support infrastructure elements, including operating systems and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMWare NSX)

About the Role

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a system architect or in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Agile development environments and methodologies
• Experience with IAM, MIM, and enterprise-level access and identity solutions
• Proven ability in system modeling using UML and SysML
• Good understanding of virtualized environments, especially VMWare NSX or similar platforms
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
