For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Recruiter & Employer Branding Coordinator in our HR&GA Division.

About the role:
Recruiter & Employer Branding Coordinator is responsible for identifying, attracting and securing talent within YME and EU countries. This involves closely supporting our Department, Division managers and local HR with recruitment and selection. Your expertise will ensure we consistently place the ideal candidates in the right position.In addition to your core recruitment duties, you’ll play a key role in employer branding activities, proactively sharing our distinctive company culture, strong values, and outstanding employee experience in social media.

Your responsibilities:

  • Recruiter activities:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs, job requirements, team dynamics and desired candidate profiles;
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including drafting vacancy texts, sourcing, screening, coordinate interviews and handling offer management;
  • Maintain SuccessFactors (ATS), ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment progress, managing data and generating insightful reports;
  • Employer Branding activities:
  • Develop engaging and authentic content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, videos, employee testimonials, etc.) that effectively highlights our company culture, employee stories, career growth opportunities, and benefits;
  • Conduct research on the latest employer branding trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify best practices;
  • Act as an internal champion for the employer brand, educating employees on its importance and actively encouraging their participation.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Marketing & Communication or in a comparable field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role;
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively;
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools
  • Experience working within an international environment and across diverse cultures;
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch (mandatory).

About Yamaha Motor:
