At Rituals, our stores are more than points of sale—they are places of meaning, where every detail contributes to a thoughtful customer journey. As Senior Technical Designer in our Format & Design team, your expertise will ensure that every physical touchpoint—from Travel Retail to WHS and flagship stores—is built with precision, quality, and purpose.
This is a technical role at heart, focused on translating conceptual ideas into buildable, scalable design solutions. While you won't be developing the creative vision, you will play a crucial role in bringing it to life, working side by side with our spatial designers, architects, and Rituals Agency. You’ll act as the technical anchor in a creative environment, ensuring ideas are realised in a way that is both beautiful and feasible.
With a strong focus on the APAC region, you will collaborate with local suppliers, production teams, and partners. An affinity with or experience in the region will help you navigate cultural and operational nuances with sensitivity and success.
