As our next Business System Analyst - Commercial Technologies, you will drive innovation alongside local Sales & Marketing stakeholders and collaborate with IT & Data experts at our global headquarters to shape the future of commercial applications and platforms. Engaging in internal business development, partnerships, and project management, you'll contribute to a rapidly evolving function.

With a stakeholder-focused approach, you'll cultivate strong business relationships and provide effective commercial solutions in our dynamic environment to ultimately drive strong business value, simplification and pan-European harmonization.

Main responsibilities include:

• Partner with relevant business counterparts to define, plan and drive forward the tech landscape in scope to create strong business value and simplification.
• Become a recognized subject matter expert in commercial applications and platforms within the Benelux region, able to translate concrete business needs into requirements towards global teams or 3rd party vendors.
• Lead and/or support the transition to/deployment of global tools and technologies across the Benelux and other markets across Europe.
• Be accountable for the continuous improvement and overall performance of your platforms in scope, with varying levels of direct influence.
• Run root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues and work on identifying quick/long-term fixes in close collaboration with global teams.
• Play a key role in prioritizing roadmap items and budget requests based on business value, feasibility, with strong dependencies on global rollouts and cross-market collaborations.
• Drive technology adoption within the users community to maximize return on investment.
• Team up with colleagues from other markets and regions to drive harmonization and jointly drive transformation and new global roll-outs in a more effective manner.

About you

To succeed in this role, you have a commercial mindset with good hands-on technical expertise. You bring strong communication skills in multi-level stakeholder management environments. You have a creative mindset and willingness to drive new and innovative ideas.

Experience and skills:

• Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Creative thinking and problem-solver in a highly collaborative environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, preferably sharpened in a large, matrix organizations.
• Ability to drive effective change management and implementation across multiple business functions.
• Commercial thinking – you have solid experience working in or closely with sales, marketing or digital teams.
• Able to effectively make the bridge between commercial functions and IT. You are strong at prioritizing, assessing business value, translate needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Innovative and able to think creatively to drive the biggest impact with finite resources and conflicting priorities.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT commercial platforms like Salesforce, AEM is a plus.
• Open to frequent travel between Danone sites in the Benelux.
• Advanced level in English (written & verbal), Dutch not required.
