Quality Manager - MR Service and Installation at Philips

At Philips, we are reshaping our Magnetic Resonance (MR) Quality organization to proactively detect and resolve issues earlier in the product lifecycle, ultimately leading to preventing problems. As the Quality Manager - MR Service and Installation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, customer trust, and compliance.

Your Role:

  • Lead the global Service and Installation quality team by establishing operational objectives, work plans, and delegating tasks to ensure efficient execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the development and execution of operational policies.
  • Resolving complex issues using broad expertise and specialized knowledge aligned with internal stakeholders and company objectives.
  • Collaborating with regions, service organization and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site installations and service execution and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Managing talent within the quality assurance team, including recruitment, performance, compensation, and career development.
  • Implementing quality assurance strategies, defining evaluation methods, and aligning with internal stakeholders and organizational goals.
  • Supporting product recall procedures and ensuring timely, compliant resolution in accordance with regulatory standards.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in areas such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Warehouse Operations in the medical device industry.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
  • You thrive in a regulated, fast-paced environment—balancing innovation, compliance, and customer focus.
