We’re looking for a full-time highly motivated intern to join our transformation team and contribute to one of our strategic projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, engage with diverse stakeholders, and gain deep exposure in a dynamic organization.

As part of your role, you will support a major transformational program that spans multiple departments and functions. This program is a strategic priority for our supply chain, and you will be part of the Change team, contributing to planning and execution efforts for a successful adoption.

Team Description

You will join the Strategy and Transformation team, which is part of Integrated Supply Chain within Personal Health in Philips. It's a dynamic team focusing on transformational projects and strategic initiatives that drive innovation and long-term impact for Personal Health. We value curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning.

This is a full-time hybrid internship, with two to three days per week spent in our Amsterdam office. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, and your work will directly influence strategic decisions. It’s a unique opportunity to learn and develop yourself professionally in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

Your role:

  • Assist in drafting and designing internal communication materials that are clear, engaging, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and change-related events.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for communication and training activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback.
  • Maintain structured documentation and track progress of communication and training initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance stakeholder engagement and message effectiveness.
  • Support in KPI tracking related to the change management activities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a Master's level student in Change Management, Supply Chain, Economics and/or Business Administration, with an interest in transformational projects.
  • You are proactive and take initiative to drive tasks forward.
  • Familiar with basic communication strategies and skilled in drafting messages that are creative, easy to read, and understand.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong logistics management and organizational skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300 net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) needs to be more than 1.5 hours.
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192 net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
