About the role:

Are you ready to grow with a fast-paced, international e-commerce company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange? This is your chance to contribute at a company-wide level, where you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and have a real impact on cost and investment planning.

About your tasks:

  • (IT) Cost & Investment Controlling: Take ownership of (IT) cost and investment reporting across the organization. You’ll not only ensure transparency and control but also drive forward the development of innovative, digital analytical tools to transform how Controlling operates.
  • Financial Planning Processes: Coordinate and improve forecasting and financial planning processes across the group and within departments. Your focus will be on increasing both data quality and planning efficiency, ensuring we’re aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Act as a Trusted Business Partner: Collaborate closely with department leaders, particularly in IT and other enabling functions. You’ll translate complex financial data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and financial accountability.
  • Support Period-End Closings: Contribute to monthly and quarterly closings by delivering clear cost analyses, validating data accuracy, and ensuring timely financial reporting.
  • Shape the Future of Controlling: Work side-by-side with our Head of Financial Planning & Cost Controlling to modernize our planning landscape and establish best-in-class Controlling practices.

About you:

  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Controlling or as a Financial Analyst
  • You’re passionate about data and love diving into PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot or are eager to learn
  • You enjoy working in a fast-changing international environment and growing with it

About your benefits:

In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different site-specific benefits:

  • Welcome days: To ensure a comfortable welcome you will be provided with all important details on your first day e.g. on safety and important processes.
  • Work from Home: If your job does not require you to be present in the office we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.
  • Mobility: Not all employees live close to our office. That’s why we support our employees with your daily commute with a travel allowance. This compensation is paid to you in addition to your salary.
  • Personal development: We are happy to promote your professional future with us and offer various training courses in our company and with external partners.
  • Employee discount: Several times a year we offer you discounted employee sales directly at the Sevenum location as well as 10% off on our assortment for all employees.
