Join Blyce as a Software Delivery Coordinator

Sprints. Deployments. Dependencies. You see the full picture. You know exactly when a release is truly ready for release, and you make sure it happens.

You effortlessly switch between technical details and process-level decisions. You understand how software development works: from the first user story to production. You maintain oversight, identify risks, track deadlines, and keep the team focused.

Your responsibilities include:

As a Software Delivery Coordinator you’ll be part of a product team of 7 to 20 colleagues: software developers, testers, a product owner, a deployment engineer, and one or more project managers. Together, you’re responsible for delivering product releases to one or more clients. You are the central point in this process.

You coordinate all activities related to development, testing, and deployment. You make sure the team stays on track to meet sprint goals and release deadlines. You keep a close eye on blockers and risks, align with the project manager and product owner, and ensure the right actions are taken.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sprint preparation & planning: You organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions.
  • Daily stand-ups: You lead the daily meetings and monitor progress closely.
  • Risk and status monitoring: You identify blockers, set priorities, and adjust where needed.
  • Sprint closing & improvement: You facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives and translate outcomes into clear improvement actions.
  • Budget monitoring: You keep track of delivery budget usage and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Release coordination: When the product is ready to go live, you create the release plan together with the team, align with the client, and ensure a controlled and flawless launch.
