For our client Babboe, we are looking for enthusiastic customer service representatives who truly want to make a difference. Do you have a passion for customer service and enjoy helping customers with a smile? Do you speak both French and English fluently? Then this is your chance! In this role, you are the key figure ensuring that the customer service runs smoothly. As the first point of contact for customers, you provide professional and personal support.

What does that mean?

No day is the same! You are the face (or rather, the voice) of Babboe and help customers with all kinds of questions about the customer service. Whether it’s simple inquiries or complex situations, you make sure that customers always get the help they need. Your tasks:

  • You answer customer questions by phone and email in a clear, friendly, and professional manner;
  • You remain calm and solution-oriented, even when a customer is angry or frustrated, and ensure every conversation ends on a positive note;
  • You actively think in solutions and guide customers step by step through the process;
  • You coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly;
  • You identify areas for improvement in the processes and take the initiative to optimize them;

Who are you?

You’re a true people person and enjoy helping others. You are flexible, solution-focused, and able to handle busy periods and changes well.

What we ask from you:

  • You are available immediately;
  • You have at least higher professional (HBO) working and thinking level;
  • You have experience in customer contact and know how to speak to customers in a professional and friendly way;
  • You speak and write French and English fluently;
  • You are comfortable using computer systems and digital tools;
  • You are flexible in your availability, both during the week and on weekends (Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00; shifts of 4, 6.5 or 8.5 hours);
  • You enjoy working on-site and thrive in an inspiring environment with great coffee, fresh fruit, and tasty snacks!

What do we offer you?

  • An 8 month contract with a 1 month probation period;
  • A gross hourly wage of €16.00, with holiday pay;
  • Travel allowance, even if you live close to the office;
  • An inspiring workplace in our cozy Amsterdam office;
  • We offer min-max contracts of 16–24, 24–32, and 32–40 hours per week;
