Coordinate the effective implementation of the Netherlands operational cycle plan (B2B ACP) for the Netherlands domestic team.

Ensure Salesforce and IVY are updated and optimally used according to the global standards, thereby providing the sales force with a common understanding and a correct application.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the operational execution of all Netherlands marketing activities according to the defined annual cycle plan and processes in order to meet field force objectives.
  • Coordinate the development of all cycle materials in order to increase efficiency of Field Force.
  • Ensure reports are developed according to defined rules and procedures in order to formulate key learnings and if necessary, take corrective actions.
  • Ensure the consistent application and use of global systems as per BAT guidelines, with effective translation into field force.
  • Ensure the availability and effective use of IVY & Salesforce in line with the business requirements in order to deliver the best support to all stakeholders.

  • Knowledge and experience with CRM tools and other software programs
