The energy transition needs you as an IAM Risk Specialist

As part of the IAM Agile Release Train (ART), you make IAM risks transparent by analyzing our applications, services, and the broader IT landscape. Your insights are crucial for making our IAM services more mature and robust, ensuring the reliability and security of our entire organization. We are creating the energy grid of the future, for everyone, with everyone. And as an IAM Risk Specialist, you can play your part in this. Your role will involve:

• Analyzing and identifying IAM-related risks across the IT landscape.
• Advising on information security and managing IAM risks within the IAM ART and beyond.
• Assisting in the implementation of appropriate and effective risk control measures.
• Interpreting access logs and detecting anomalies to mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborating with stakeholders in digital teams, security, compliance, and business units.

You will work in a multidisciplinary, agile team with colleagues from IT, security, and compliance. Your focus will be on renewing our core IAM applications and strengthening our overall security posture in an open and informal atmosphere.

Contributing to the digitalisation of the energy transition. With your talent and strengths, you can do that at our company. Will you contribute with your critical perspective? We are looking in particular for a candidate with:

• A completed Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in information security, risk, or IAM.
• Experience with IAM domains: IGA, PAM, and Access Management.
• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 and/or NIST.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
• Risk Management, IAM, or Cyber-related certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are a plus.

Attractive salary and benefits package

Based on a 40-hour working week, you will receive:

• a gross monthly salary of € 4.002 to € 6.415 (scale 8-9)
• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 5.2% ADV (shorter working hours) and 8% holiday allowance. You can have this budget paid out as extra salary or use it to purchase extra days off, for example. You choose the option that is right for you.
• 24.5 days’ holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB.
• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December.
• a sustainable employability (SE) budget of €500 per year. Choose a payment for a sport or hobby, to make your home more sustainable or to reduce your student loan debt with DUO, for example. You decide how your budget is spent.
• an NS (Dutch Railways) Business Card, so you can travel to work sustainably. Do you use your own transport to get to work? In that case you will receive a kilometre allowance.
