At Yellowgrape, we’re looking for an Account Lead who lives and breathes strategy, keeps a clear overview, and thinks commercially. Someone who effortlessly switches between client vision, team leadership, and growth opportunities.

You translate ambitions into a razor-sharp e-commerce strategy and set the direction. You keep track of progress, quality, and results. Are we still on the right path for the client? You know and adjust when needed!

You build long-term client relationships, spot commercial opportunities, and ensure Yellowgrape remains top of mind. You do this together with a team of specialists from our offices along the Amsterdam canals, a place where ideas flow, knowledge is shared, and successes are celebrated.

  • You speak with your clients daily and keep them proactively informed about everything that is happening;
  • You enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding fitting solutions;
  • You translate the client’s vision and needs into strategic solutions that meet their expectations and goals;
  • You ensure the quality of everything you and the team deliver;
  • You develop multi-year strategies supported by clear forecasts;
  • You inspire and support your colleagues to deliver their best work;
  • You provide guidance and coaching where needed;
  • You ensure smooth project execution by monitoring progress, budgets, and deadlines;
  • You seize commercial opportunities and effortlessly translate them into clear proposals.

Zo pas jij goed in deze rol

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in online marketing, including extensive experience with performance marketing channels (SEA, Social, Display, Affiliate, etc.);
  • At least HBO/WO level of work and thinking;
  • Experience at an agency and/or in e-commerce is a plus;
  • You are proactive and skilled at convincing others of your plans and ideas;
  • You stay up to date with all trends, news, and market developments in the digital landscape;
  • You perform excellently in an informal and relaxed work environment;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
  • You look forward to working in a driven and engaged team.

Fair salary and transparent terms

  • You’ll receive a fair and transparent salary based on the Baarda remuneration model, aligned with your contribution;
  • Amsterdam: 25 vacation days plus 8% holiday allowance;
  • Berlin: 28 vacation days;

  • Travel allowance and a pension scheme, depending on your location (Amsterdam or Berlin).
