Where will you end up?

You will be part of the Reporting Services team, where we design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance, risks, and opportunities. We deliver data and reports to internal (other business teams in Robeco) as well as external clients.

The Reporting Services team is part of the Sales, Marketing, and Reporting Value Stream. In this Value Stream, we are responsible for all Reporting, Sales, Marketing, Client Services applications and (ESG) Reporting.

Position & Requirements

Position

As a Junior Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll be part of an international, collaborative, and agile team that values curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with business users to gather and refine reporting requirements, helping translate their needs into clear, actionable solutions. This includes analyzing data flows, identifying reporting opportunities, and proposing improvements to existing processes.

Once the requirements are defined, you’ll contribute to building and testing the reporting solutions—often using tools like Seismic and Vermilion —and ensure they are maintained and continuously improved after delivery.

You’ll actively participate in all Scrum events, working alongside a team of five professionals, including reporting specialists, developers, and a product owner. Your contributions will help ensure timely, accurate, and client-focused reporting across a variety of formats and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
  • Translate business needs into effective reporting solutions in close coordination with the development team.
  • Support the design, testing, and delivery of reports using tools such as Seismic and Vermilion.
  • Troubleshoot data and formatting issues, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting workflows.
  • Maintain clear documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Present progress and key updates to internal stakeholders and the broader organization.

Candidate profile

  • A degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment as well as individually.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools like Seismic, Vermilion or SQL language is a plus.

What we offer

  • A supportive and inclusive team culture that values collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard reporting platforms and tools.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills in data analysis, reporting, and client communication.
  • A hybrid working model with flexibility: three days in the office, and two days to work remotely as you prefer.
  • Exposure to international stakeholders and cross-functional projects.

If you are passionate about Reporting and thrive in an Agile environment, we would love to hear from you. Join us and be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence!

All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. An assessment and integrity test may be used in the selection procedure.
