  • support the management and co-ordination of reports, analyses and surveys produced by the directorate
  • collect data from various sources to support analysis and conclusions
  • prepare, analyse and transform data for effective reporting and communication to senior management
  • analyse data from various EPO programmes and HR projects
  • manage data exchange between internal and external parties
  • create financial and liability simulations and projections
  • participate in and conduct benchmarking with relevant peers

Apply if you have:

  • professional experience in employment package management in an international organisation or multinational company
  • analytical expertise in interpreting complex HR and remuneration data
  • proven experience in financial/liability modelling, including simulations and projections
  • advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP applications is an advantage
  • the ability to deliver clear, concise and insightful reports for senior management
  • hands-on experience conducting remuneration surveys and external benchmarking studies
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • a proactive approach to identifying issues and delivering data-driven solutions
  • the ability to embrace and promote change in a dynamic environment
  • expertise in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • the ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and remuneration data
  • proven expertise in teaming up and networking with a large variety of stakeholders (senior management, other departments including HR and finance, staff representatives, external consultants, auditors, international organisations, etc.) as well as subject-matter experts to deliver collaborative, solution-oriented and successful outcomes on complex issues
  • proven experience in project/programme management
