Traffic Coordinator

Every day at Studio Action we create creative, inspiring and effective content, for Action. And we do that with an enthusiastic team of designers, photographers, copywriters, content editors and many more colleagues. To make our productions run smoothly, we are looking for an experienced Traffic Coordinator who keeps an overview, organizes the planning tightly and makes our creative processes even more efficient.

What are you going to do?

As a Traffic Coordinator, you ensure that everything runs smoothly within Studio Action. You arrange the schedules for copywriters, designers and content editors, work together with the other traffic coordinators and monitor the workflow. This way, the quality of our content remains high and we ensure that everything is finished on time.

• Manage schedules and ensure everything runs according to plan.
• Assess requests and advise clients.
• First point of contact for content creators and link between Studio Action and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring an efficient, cost-effective and streamlined working method.
• Continuously improve processes and systems within Studio Action and other departments.
• Ensuring the correct Tone of Voice and Visual Identity in all our communications.

What are you taking with you?

• HBO working and thinking level, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in retail or agency is a plus.
• Experience with ClickUp? Absolutely fantastic!
• Good command of the English language. Both written and spoken.
• An eye for quality and customer-oriented, both internally and externally.
• A team player who works well together and achieves goals.
• Organizationally strong, stress-resistant and structured.
