About our team

The Product Analytics team turns a multitude of data into insights that can be used to build better digital products. Like us, you thrive in a complex data environment. We like getting our hands into the data, focusing on insights which drive actions and product improvements. We extract data and make sense of it using SQL, Tableau and Adobe Analytics and quantitative techniques.

About the role:

In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team of product analysts, located in our Amsterdam and London offices. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in measuring product feature performance, analyzing user behaviour and business impact, using real-world data. You'll work closely with experienced analysts and product managers, and developers to develop insights that drive product decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team in analyzing product usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Assist in designing and conducting feature experiments, where applicable.
  • Use Adobe Analytics to track user journeys, engagement patterns, and product conversion funnels.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Help document data definitions, measurement approaches, and findings.

Experience:

  • Data Analysis: Hands-on experience in Data Analytics through academic projects, coursework, or internships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python; familiar with tools like Databricks, Jupyter, and Snowflake.
  • Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning, you’re not afraid to ask questions, and have a positive, humble attitude.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, with exposure to group projects.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with strong presentation skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cultural Awareness: Comfortable working in diverse teams and open to different perspectives.
