Ons team in Amsterdam in een notendop: We zijn er trots op een zeer divers team te zijn, zowel qua geslacht, nationaliteit als werkervaring. In ons team werk je voor zowel gevestigde als jonge, internationale klanten die willen adverteren voor hun innovatieve bedrijven in Nederland en België. Ons lokale team bestaat uit 7 personen, met ondersteuning vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Berlijn.

Je gaat werken in het:

Engels met de meeste klanten en intern met DCMN-collega's, Nederlands met de meeste partners in NL en BE

Hoe je een impact gaat maken:

• Optimaliseren van (performance) tv-campagnes door gebruik te maken van een planningssysteem en onze eigen Excel-templates
• Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van nauwe relaties met de exploitanten, via telefoon en e-mail, om hen op de hoogte te houden van de status van actieve campagnes en mogelijke optimalisaties
• Regelmatig communiceren met klanten om hen te informeren over campagneresultaten en evaluaties met behulp van onze rapportage-sjablonen (Excel en PowerPoint)
• Inkopen van offline media campagnes volgens richtlijnen van de klant (bijv. TV, Radio, Print, OOH)
• Indien nodig administratieve taken op je nemen om de zaken transparant en soepel te laten verlopen

Vaardigheden die je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn:

• Bedrevenheid met Excel, en een analytische instelling
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. We gebruiken dagelijks Engels en Nederlands, dus vloeiend kunnen schrijven en spreken is essentieel. Daarnaast moet je je comfortabel voelen met video calls, telefoon of fysieke bijeenkomsten met klanten en relaties.
• Je houdt ervan om deel uit te maken van een team dat samenwerkt en kennis deelt, maar je vindt het ook leuk om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je projecten.
• Je houdt ervan om af en toe creatief bezig te zijn en weet hoe je presentaties van hoge kwaliteit moet maken en afleveren.
• Wij vinden dat bescheidenheid een goede eigenschap is, zodat je open blijft staan voor zelfontwikkeling. Als jij je eigen fouten durft te erkennen en omarmen als een mogelijkheid om te leren en groeien, zal je goed in ons team passen.
