Join Philips as a Systems Engineer in Life Cycle Maintenance (LCM)

Your role:

  • Your work directly impacts the reliability, compliance, and long-term performance of Philips IGT-S systems used in minimally invasive therapies around the world.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Product Quality Managers, Change Management Engineers, Module Owners, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, and Factory teams to identify and implement system-level changes and improvements.
  • You will work cross-functionally to assess Requests for Solution (RfS), contribute to productivity programs, and align with evolving regulatory and sustainability requirements.
  • This role provides the opportunity to work at the heart of a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to both technical excellence and strategic business impact. You’ll expand your systems thinking capabilities, gain experience in sustaining engineering, and engage with a broad network of internal stakeholders across Philips globally.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, lead engineering, or architectural roles—preferably in sustaining (LCM) or post-market environments.
  • You bring strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • You hold a Master’s degree or higher in physics, electrical/electronics engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • You have working knowledge of statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Minitab) and familiarity with Six Sigma methodology (certification is a plus).
