We are looking for a service-oriented and digital-savvy People Development Specialist to join our Digital HR team! In this role you will provide (system) support on both Learning and Performance Management, engage with local and global stakeholders and take internal processes to the next level. You will work both individually and in a team of nine digital HR specialists and be responsible for your HR domain.

What will you do as a People Development Specialist:

  • Engage with stakeholders to optimize processes, track issues, and provide updates on progress or resolutions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR and business users with system or process-related questions
  • Manage and resolve incoming requests related to our HR system
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with our global team or external support partners
  • Support the maintenance of digital Learning processes (e.g., course assignments, learning paths)
  • Run Performance processes (e.g., objective setting, end-year review)
  • Maintain process documentation and support user training and communication efforts

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, system support, or administration—ideally with SAP SuccessFactors (Learning and/or Performance)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a ticketing system and tracking issues to resolution
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
