YOUR TASKS

As our Product Manager Returns, you'll be responsible for minimizing returns within Hunkemöller. You'll achieve this by analyzing the entire customer journey, identifying bottlenecks, and developing innovative solutions that both enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs. You'll work closely with various teams, including E-commerce, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and Buying departments.

  • You'll identify and implement improvements in product information, size guides, product presentation, and the ordering process to prevent incorrect purchases.
  • You'll research and test new technologies and functionalities that can contribute to return prevention (e.g., virtual try-on, AI-driven sizing tools).
  • You'll collaborate with the Supply Chain department to streamline and optimize return processes.
  • You'll define KPIs, monitor performance, and report on them to relevant stakeholders.

Who are you?

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
  • You're analytically strong and know how to translate data into concrete actions. Previous working experience with data visualisation tools (ex. Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
  • You have proven experience in identifying and solving complex problems.
  • You're proactive, results-oriented, and a true team player.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively interact at various levels.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, UX principles, and agile methodologies is a plus.
