Internship (Finance): Logistics Finance Intern

In this internship, you will be part of the Europe Finance Logistic team. Our purpose is to drive financial transparency and efficiency across logistics operations. During this internship, you will collaborate with Europe Finance Logistic teams and support on logistics costs of European countries. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing monthly deck (Excel/Power BI/ Power point files) in addition to the meetings with the different stakeholders;
• Managing IPRO view and ensuring they are error free;
• Maintaining & updating monthly files for actuals and forecast;
• Analyzing CBU submissions in case of mismatches or errors;
• Creating central POs & GRs monthly based on actual costs
• Managing inventory details (excel/Power BI) and ensuring countries are done in a timely manner.

As a Logistics Finance Intern, managing and gaining insights from big data will be second nature to you. You have high-level data analytical skills and are always ready to make good communication with multicultural stakeholders. On top of that? You’re productive and organized under deadlines, conscientious to take responsibility, and always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in middle of August for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English- spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2-3 days per week.
