Procurement Internship: C&P Sourcing Professional Services Intern

In this internship, you will be part of the Cycles & Procurement team, within the C&P Indirect and Procurement Excellence department. Our purpose is to drive strategic sourcing excellence and deliver value through efficient procurement processes and supplier partnerships. During this internship, you will collaborate with global Professional Services teams and coordinate/support on key sourcing and procurement strategy initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading sourcing projects (RFI, RFP), collecting and analyzing complex data from various sources (e.g., global cost benchmarks)
• Exploring and recommending efficiency opportunities and supporting the business with implementations
• Presenting conclusions and recommendations in a structured and effective way to stakeholders
• Supporting operational procurement activities such as contract lifecycle management and price analysis

About you

As a C&P Sourcing Professional Services Intern, you'll be naturally skilled at breaking down complex data and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. You know how to run sourcing initiatives, evaluate global benchmarks, and identify opportunities for cost and process improvements. On top of that? You’re a proactive problem-solver who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in the beginning of September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 5 days per week.
