Software Engineering Internship: Spotless unit software refactoring and testing framework

Introduction

Wafer Table Cleaning provides an automatic, in-situ cleaning solution for focus spots caused by contamination in between burls of the clamp and wafer, and extends the lifetime of the clamp by reconditioning the burl surface of the clamp in-situ, restoring the flatness and wafer load grid performance of the clamp.
